How can i get rid of redness where my spots have been?

Hi....I am 13 years old and i have acne! It is quite bad but the thing is there is no spots there is just redness from the ares where my spots have been and i have been to the doctors and they give me spot treatment but they just gave me any cream thinking it works but i want to do something naturally at home so they can go. I moisturize and exfoliate my face daily (as it says on the box) but nothing works....PLEASE HELP AND GET BACK TO ME ASAP! :Dx
