There are two kittens around thier mom, but not inside the fence they usuually are you think thier wienned?

i havent been able to watch these kittens for more than 2 min too see if theyt are and i cant really tell. i want them early so theyll be... i guess nicer? but if i take them early they die.... how long do i have to watch them to find this out? (ive been watching them a lil over 4 weeks
