Im going to bangkok and puget island in first of september.can i go on beach,swimming,and do water sports?

In first of september is not a best time to go to Puget because it's still in rainy season. The best time is round last of october til january of next year. But you can go to Puget in first of september if you have some luck that not meet the rain.
