How should i ask a guy out????????

ok so i really like this guy jordan and i want 2 ask him out so badly!!!!!!!! but i think he may like me cuz 1 say we just walkin and he held my hand. but hten hes tellin another girl he likes her and it crushes me 2 even b near him now and i really need help with this cuz now wenever i'm around him it feels akward and stuff.......
