2 science questions (11th grade) help please.?

i would say Panthera leo and Panthera tigris because they are both members of the Panthera family...no idea about the second one...maybe becuase it is a light microscope and you probably wouldnt be able to tell much about the thing by the time it is magnified 1000 times...science is good, dont give it up (im in grade 12)
