GIRLS HELP: what does it mean if a girl you think likes you starts talking to your friends often?

I think this girl at my job likes me (we're in our early 20's, its ok to like eachother at a job,) anyway this girl looks at me often. it drives me crazy whether she likes me or thinks im weird. when we talk, it sometimes is awkward and we dont exactly have fireworks when we talk. she looks at me a lot. just the other day i was walkin around the corner with a coworker and i looked up (she was about 50 feet away) and she was already looking at me, then she quickly looked away. Ive recently noticed her talking to more coworkers who im friends (and also other coworkers who happen to be in my general area.) does she do this to try to pressure me into noticing her and/or talking to her or does it have no implications like that? obviously nobody else knows but what do you think the chances are? thanks
