How do I sharpen an photograph?

this picture looks a tad out of focus rather than blurry. If you would like to sharpen, you may host your picture on websites such as Flickr or Photobucket and use their editing tools to sharpen. Since I am unaware of your editing program, I would suggest using the host sites mentioned above (although I am sure your software has a sharpening tool, I lack the knowledge about it, do some google-ing to find out about whether it has sharpening options or not).
