Just Bought New Heels, Now What To Wear Them With!?

Hey guys, so I just went to the mall with my friend today shopping for an outfit for this party bus we will be going on this Saturday night. We will be going into NYC for dinner and a club after.... she bought BCBG heels and I bought blue suede Steve Madden heels, now my question is what to wear them with and how to dress them up? My friend I were thinking a tight black dress maybe.. any other thoughts... kind of lost here!!
