Mixed ethnicity... what am i... white? mestizo? chola? mutt?

I am 1/4 German-czech-polish, 1/4 English with distant jewish, 1/4 Creek Indian-Scottish, and 1/4 Spaniard-mixed French (that side is really inbred too, lol). I have brown hair and fair-medium skin, was blonde until age 3, blue eyes. I call myself white but is there a better description?
