People say whites are racist?

I am white. I do not date blacks or any other race.I was raised that way. I'm from the south.. I think that blacks are racist.. I am in a homeroom with 7 black kids.. and they are very rude to the whites. They say stuff like "i hate whites!" and " white girl" and all this rude stuff. I have nothing whatsoever against blacks and i don't tell people i don't date them because it might be offending and i don't want to hurt any ones feelings. I don't know why they are so rude. I hate how whites are accused of racism 24/7 and the black people think that just because we are accused of it they can be racist to us.
