Why are Republicans totally against any kind of big government spending...?

And it certainly DOES NOT say to attack foreign countries, illegally, and kill as many civilians as possible, 1.3 million and 5000 of our own kids. Or to kidnap people and torture them, or spy on US citizens, or to maintain the largest prison population in the world.Or to wage war on American citizens, and call it a "drug war", how do you wage a war on an inanimate object?
